At Cityups, we specialise in UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and power solutions. Due to the technical and high-value nature of these products, the following Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions apply to all orders. By placing an order with Cityups, you agree to this policy.

1. Payment Policy (Advance Payment Only)

• 100% advance payment is required for all orders.

• Orders are confirmed and processed only after full payment is received.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product.

• No item will be shipped, delivered, or reserved without payment confirmation.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment verification and stock confirmation.

• Processing time may vary depending on product type, availability, and installation requirements.

• Cityups reserves the right to delay or cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment verification issues

  • Technical or logistical reasons

3. Delivery Within Lahore (Self-Delivery)

• Orders within Lahore are delivered directly by Cityups’ own delivery team.

• Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the product at the given address.

• Installation (if applicable) is handled separately and may not be included unless clearly agreed.

4. Delivery to Other Cities (Cargo / Courier)

• Orders outside Lahore are shipped via third-party local cargo or courier services.

• Once the product is handed over to the cargo company:

  • Delivery responsibility transfers to the courier

  • Cityups is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused during transit

• Delivery time depends on the destination city and courier schedule.

5. High-Value Electronics & Battery Handling Disclaimer

• UPS systems, inverters, and batteries are fragile, heavy, and sensitive electronic items.

• Cityups ensures proper packing before dispatch.

• Any damage caused after dispatch by the courier or during unloading is not the responsibility of Cityups.

• Customers must inspect the shipment before accepting delivery.

6. Inspection & Damage Reporting

• Inspect the product immediately at the time of delivery.

• If visible damage is found:

  • Report it to the courier on the spot

  • Inform Cityups within 24 hours

• Complaints reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

• Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details.

• If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability
    additional delivery or cargo charges may apply.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

8. Delivery Time Disclaimer

• All delivery timelines are estimates only.

• Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Courier or cargo issues

• Cityups is not liable for delays beyond its control.

9. No Return After Installation or Use

• Installed, connected, or used products are non-returnable.

• Batteries, UPS systems, and inverters cannot be returned once:

  • Installed

  • Charged

  • Powered on

• This policy exists to ensure safety, performance, and product integrity.

10. Warranty Alignment

• Warranty (if applicable) is manufacturer-provided, not a replacement guarantee.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not:

  • Physical damage

  • Mishandling

  • Incorrect installation

  • Power fluctuations or misuse

• Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

11. Shipping Charges & Refunds

• Shipping and cargo charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.

• If an order is refused or returned by the customer:

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded

  • Return logistics costs may be deducted

12. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Cityups reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

• Fraud or misuse is suspected

• Incorrect information is provided

• Policy terms are violated

Such decisions are final and taken to protect business operations.
